This is more for me than anything else. It started with making bread at work, then making bread at home, and now I'm including our smoking experiments too.

Pork Tenderloin #1
I don't have much detail on this one, but I wanted to post the photos.
I bought a half pork loin that was 5.39 lbs. I used the same rub from the pork ribs.
